How to Get Tickets to 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'

If you're an Ellen DeGeneres fan, you've probably dreamed of getting tickets to a taping of her talk show in Los Angeles.

The good news is that tickets are free. The bad news is that tapings often fill up weeks in advance. But if you can plan far enough in advance, getting free tickets to see "Ellen" is easy.

It seems easy enough, go to the Ellen Show site, find the date you would like to go and wait by the phone for the call that you have tickets!

Here's how:

Visit the show's online ticket calendar. Tapings are scheduled Monday through Thursday.
Select up to two months in advance the date of the taping you'd like to attend. Dates with available tickets will be clearly labeled.
Fill out the request form and submit.

You can only select one date at a time.
Wait for a representative from the show to contact you.
